Report a correction

Every listing here is compiled from a statutory register, so there are two different things that can be wrong, and they are fixed in different places.

If the regulator's record is wrong

Your registered details (the service name, address, the categories of people you are registered to support, your registration date) belong to the regulator. We copy them; we cannot overrule them. Correcting the register is the durable fix, because it also corrects everyone else who uses this data.

Once the register is updated, the change reaches this site at the next compile. The current data was compiled 26 July 2026.

If we've got something wrong that the regulator has right

The most likely culprit is a website address. Most come directly from the regulator's record, but some are worked out from other evidence and can be wrong: a dead domain, a parent company's site instead of the branch, or the wrong business entirely. Those are marked "unconfirmed" on the page. Grouping is the other one: if we have merged two genuinely separate companies that share a website, or split one that should be together, that is ours to fix.

Removing a listing

We list every provider holding a live registration, and we don't remove entries on request. An incomplete register is a misleading one, and people use this to find care. If a registration has ended, the regulator's record will show that and the entry will drop out at the next compile.
